CBD Care Anti Aging Facial Serum

There has been a ton of hype about CBD oil recently and this is my first experience trying a product with CBD oil.  This serum is formulated with green tea extract and hemp CBD for anti inflammatory properties.  I really hate to review serums based only on a sample size because I think the effects of a serum don’t always show up until you have been using it for a while.  With that being said, in the limited time that I used this product I didn’t really see anything special about it.  It took a while to absorb and I didn’t think it made my skin look or feel any different.  For that reason, I would choose other serums over this one in the future.

Bite Agave Lip Balm and Lip Scrub

I’ve had some exposure to the brand Bite, but haven’t really felt strongly about it one way or another.  I thought this lip balm was great and really hydrating, but for the price point there are much better products out there.  I was excited to try the lip scrub because I love a good lip scrub, but this one was terrible.  It’s really watery and I didn’t think it provided any benefits whatsoever.  For those reasons, I would not purchase these products in the future .

Real Chemistry Luminous 3 Minute Peel

I was looking forward to trying this product because I had never used any products from Real Chemistry before.  What I found out was the process of using this peel is extremely similar to my favorite Skin Inc. peel (which I wrote about here) but the results are nothing alike.  With the Skin Inc. peel I feel and see major results immediately, with this Real Chemistry peel, I felt like it didn’t do anything for me.  With a price point of $48 for 1.7 oz, I definitely would not purchase this in the future.

La Mer: The Moisturizing Soft Cream

Okay, I can’t explain to you all how excited I was to get my hands on a sample of the Moisturizing Soft Cream from La Mer.  This cream is a cult favorite and known for its majorly high price point.  I had to see for myself  if the results lived up to the hype.  All of La Mer’s products are formulated with Miracle Broth, a healing elixir that infuses skin with sea sourced renewing energies.  The cream also contains microscopic moisturizing spheres to smooth imperfections, wrinkles and pores.  Lime Tea helps protect against environmental stress and pollution.  I really want to tell you that it didn’t live up to my expectations, but it totally did.  This is hands down the best moisturizer I have ever used and my skin looked and felt amazing after just one use.  With that being said, I absolutely can not justify the price point, but it was really fun to give this one a try!

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream

The hunt continues for a good eye cream, and next up on the list is the Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream from Estee Lauder.  This product is an Allure Best of Beauty winner and is formulated to reduce the look of aging, puffiness, lines and dryness.  It has a strong hydration booster which hydrates the skin up to 24 hours.  I did like this cream a lot and found it to be very hydrating.  While I think it is a good product, it wasn’t quite the wow factor that I was looking for.  I think I am going to continue my search until I find the one product that meets all of my eye needs.

Perricone DM Face Finishing Moisturizer

This is a good quality moisturizer.  It checks all of the boxes and makes my skin look hydrated and vibrant.  I do think that the price point is really high because there are other moisturizers out there for less that I believe deliver similar results.  For that reason, I would not purchase this again.

This is probably my favorite product I’ve tried so far from Oribe.  I definitely enjoyed the benefits and could see how people love this product.  I do think the price point for what you get is kind of outrageous though, so for that reason I would not use this again in the future.

This is a really good leave in for a reasonable price point.  It makes my hair feel soft, hydrated and manageable.  I would definitely recommend it.  However, if I had to rank my favorite leave in’s the Miracle Hair Treatment from Eleven would surpass this one just a bit.
