Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in Pure Hollywood

This product has won four Allure Best of Beauty Awards and when it comes to liquid lipsticks I can see why. This one is different than the others in that it isn’t as drying as many of them are. The Pure Hollywood color is a mauve that is nice but I would definitely recommend layering it because the color feels too one dimension and flat to me, especially in the matte color. It’s also a little sticky which I don’t love. Overall it’s a good long lasting product that I will continue to use.

Natasha Denona Mono Eye Shadow – 124K Bronzage

I’ve always wanted to try Natasha Denona’s shadows and this was my first opportunity. I definitely understand the hype about these. They are incredibly pigmented and long lasting. The 124K Bronzage shade is beautiful but not really the most flattering on me. I will play around with layering it and see if I can make it work, but regardless of the shade, I would absolutely recommend this product.

Luxe 231 Small Tapered Blending Brush Rose Gold

This brush is versatile because it is firm but flexible and can be used to apply creams or powders. I felt this was easy to use and a good brush to have on hand.

Laura Geller Inkcredible Waterproof Gel Eyeliner Pencil – Brown Eyed Girl

Usually I’m not excited when I hear gel eyeliner because I don’t usually like the consistency, but this product is different than the others. It has a great texture that can be crisp or blended, has a subtle sparkle that I love and is long lasting. It even has a built in sharpener which I love. I would definitely recommend this.

Vita Liberata Phenomenal Organic Tan Infused Cloths

I’m a self tanner maniac so I was really excited to see this product from Vita Liberata in this moniths box because I haven’t had a chance to use any of their products yet. I read that this is supposed to have a natural look and smell which is very hard to find with almost all self tanners. I applied this product and was so happy to find that there was absolutely none of the typical self tanner smell. I watched this develop into a really beautiful, natural looking tan. The only downside is that since it doesn’t leave a color behind when you apply, it is easy to miss a spot if you aren’t extra careful. Although I prefer a traditional mousse or cream application over a towel, I am incredibly impressed with this product and will absolutely be using it again. I will also try other products from this line as well.

Briogeo Farewell Frizz Blow Dry Perfection and Heat Protectant Creme

This Briogeo protectant creme is designed to smoothe hair and fight frizz. A little bit goes a long way, you really don’t need to use much. This is something you will want to use in place of a leave in, it is not recommended to layer it over your usual leave in. While I do think this product fights frizz, it isn’t hydrating enough for me to give up my leave in. My hair was smoothe but felt a bit dehydrated. I think this would be a good product for people with hair that is less dry and damaged than mine.
