First of all, I’m new to lashes (full breakdown about that on an upcoming post) so my lash expertise is still that of an amateur. When I apply lashes, I really prefer a natural look and for me, these were much to dramatic. Even though these are classified as classic lashes, they still felt more dramatic than I personally am ready for. The quality was fabulous though and I will definitely hold on to them for a special occasion in the future.
I’ve written about the collection of Kayali fragrances before, and while I’m a big fan of the collection, the vanilla isn’t my favorite. It’s a good quality option but I actually prefer The Elixir scent more.
This is another product I have reviewed before in the past , and I’m really not a fan. It is too watery for me.
I’ve written about this product before in my breakdown of the Ouai brand, you can read all about that here. Although I love the brand, this isn’t one of my favorite products.
I have heard all about the benefits of snail mucin. A mix of peptides, antioxidants, glycosaminoglycans, hyaluronic acid, zinc, copper, iron and manganese. This mask is said to soften lines, calm inflammation and promote collagen production. Although the idea of snail mucin is hard to swallow, I’ll pretty much try any groundbreaking beauty product once. The issues I had with this paper style mask were that it didn’t stay on well, it was slipping all over the place, and it also wasn’t comfortable and didn’t fit my face well. Overall, the results were average and not what I had hoped for. I wouldn’t use this again.
Huda Beauty Liquid Matte Lipstick in Alluring (Allure Beauty Box Exclusive)
I wanted to be excited about this product but this color was WAY too dramatic for me. It was incredibly vibrant and way brighter than anything I would ever imagine wearing. The shade was also not flattering for my skin tone. I will say, this matte lipstick lasted. I actually had a difficult time removing it. I would be interested in trying this in a different color.
